( Development Title Section <br /> 9 - 400 . 050 [a] ) <br /> h . LIGHTING : Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following : <br /> 1 . All outdoor lighting in non - residential development must be turned off during daylight hours and <br /> during any hours when the building is not in use and the lighting is not required for security . <br /> ( Development Title Section 9 - 403 . 050 [a] ) <br /> i . LANDSCAPING : Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following : <br /> 1 . All required front and street- facing side setbacks , except for areas used for driveways and <br /> entries , shall be landscaped . ( Development Title Section 9403 . 030 [a] ) <br /> 2 . Parking areas shall be landscaped with a 10400t- wide landscaped strip installed between <br /> parking areas and adjacent public streets .
