Amplified sound is being requested for all Marketing Events, Large Scale Accessory <br /> Events, and Wine Release Events. A well for water, septic system for wastewater and on-site drainage for stormwater <br /> are proposed on site. The winery driveway is proposed from North Curry Avenue. This parcel is not under a Williamson <br /> Act contract. <br /> The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General <br /> Agriculture). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the northeast corner of N.
