Environmental Health Department <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />May 10, 2024 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 1698 Bonaire Cir, Stockton <br /> Facility Name: <br /> STKN MUD WATER WELL #27 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />OBSERVATION: Approximately 60 gallons of Ammonia was found on site that have not been reported to CERS. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br />approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br />OBSERVATION: A site map was not completed and submitted as part of the business plan due to the following <br />missing elements: <br />- No loading area <br />- No evacuation staging area <br />- no access/exit points <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />FA0010677 PR0512965 SC001 05/10/2024 <br />EHD 19-01 Rev. 12/06/2021 Hazardous Materials Program OIRPage 2 of 4 <br />1868 E.
