Environmental Health Department <br />AMENDED <br />5/7/2024 <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />May 07, 2024 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 532 W HAMMER LN, STOCKTON <br /> Facility Name: <br /> TACO BELL #041348 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br /> 11 HSC 25505(a)(4) Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel. <br />OBSERVATION: Documentation of training showed that the last time employees were trained for hazardous <br />materials was on 2/2/2023, which is 3 months past due. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel <br />receive initial and annual refresher training. All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a <br />release or threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the following <br />plans and procedures: <br />(A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified <br />program agency. <br />(B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment. <br />(C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site. <br />This training shall be documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a minimum of three <br />years. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the <br />training records to the EHD. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
