The following was observed on -site : wood , garbage , <br /> camper shell , container of solid waste , furniture and concrete/brick waste . Dispose of <br /> wastes at a permitted facility that can accept the specific wastes . <br /> Dry , overgrown vegetation covers the site , especially on the west side , creating a fire <br /> hazard . <br /> Provide disposal receipts to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department for all waste removed from the property . Mitigate the fire hazard by <br /> removing or discing in the vegetation . <br /> No Areas of Concern <br /> Inspection Report Comments <br /> 19043 S McKinley Ave , Manteca , CA - Glenn Charles Investments LLC , owner Erick Smith : <br /> A Compliance Agreement with San Joaquin County dated Aug 11 , 2022 requires the property <br /> owner to conduct a Phase I and II assessment . A phase II assessment was completed <br /> December 2 , 2022 . The next step is a Clean Closure Plan with an Excavation and Materials <br /> Management Plan .
