All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public <br /> health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations(Title 22)section 65545. <br /> #12 pH Level <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The pH level of the water is too low at 7.0. Raise and maintain the pH level between 7.2 and 7.8. Keep the <br /> pool closed until the pH level is at an acceptable level. Email or text a photo of the test result. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall maintain pH between 7.2 and 7.8.(CCR 65530) <br /> This is(Minor-Food)Violation. <br /> #15 Operation Records <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Daily water quality/chemistry records are not being kept. Record the water test results daily to ensure the <br /> proper chemical levels are kept. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall test the disinfectant residual,pH,and spa water temperature a minimum of once per <br /> day.Cyanuric acid concentration shall be tested once per month if cyanuric acid is used. Combined chlorine shall be tested as often <br /> as necessary to maintain the concentration below 0.4 ppm. Pool operator shall maintain written records of all maintenance and test <br /> results for at least two years and shall submit those records to the enforcement agency upon request. (CCR 65523) <br /> This is(Minor-Food)Violation. <br /> #17 Cleanliness of Pool <br /> OBSERVATIONS:There are a lot of leaves on the bottom of the pool. Clean the leaves out of the pool today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall maintain clean pool water while the pool is in use and shall not allow debris to <br /> accumulate in the pool. Pool operator shall clean the bottom,sides,and other surfaces of the pool as often as necessary to keep pool <br /> surfaces clean and free of slime and algae.(CCR 65533) <br /> This is(Minor-Food)Violation. <br /> #18 Pool Shell and Tile <br /> OBSERVATIONS:There are many chips in the plaster inside the pool.
