A dOAQU1N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY— <br /> Eir— <br /> CP22 - UST FULL Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> ARCO AMPM 2056 CRESTWOOD AVE, MANTECA June 26 2024 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The underground storage tank system shall be operated to prevent unauthorized releases, <br /> including spills and overfills. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately clean spills and contact a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor to <br /> address the intrusion into the 91 and 87 STP sumps and 91 and Diesel fill sumps under permit and inspection of the <br /> EHD if required. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 57 CA Code of Regulations 2715(c)2030012-Initial and annual training provided to employees and at least one trained <br /> employee is present. <br /> OBSERVATION:The designated operator employee training for Manjot and/orAmrit was not found on site at the time <br /> of inspection. Upon arrival for inspection, these were the only two employees on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The designated operator shall train facility employees in the proper operation and <br /> maintenance of the UST system at least once every 12 months. The training shall be conducted before the individual <br /> performs the duties of a facility employees.The training shall include, but is not limited to: 1. Operation of the UST <br /> system in a manner consistent with the facility's best management practices 2. Employee's role with regard to <br /> monitoring equipment as specified in the facility's monitoring plan 3. Employee's role with regard to spills and <br /> overfills as specified in the facility's response plan 4. Name of the contact person(s)for emergencies and <br /> monitoring equipment alarms Initial training shall also include a site-specific practical demonstration that provides <br /> both sharing information and evaluating knowledge for responding to emergencies, leak detection, monitoring alarms, <br /> spills and overfills. At least one of the facility employees present during operating hours shall have current training. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that employees have been trained by the designated operator, maintain the list on <br /> site, and submit a copy of the training records to the EHD. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
