Ensure the tracking and treatment records are being documented accurately. <br /> Train staff on the proper documentation of tracking and treatment records. Provide the EHD with the training record within two weeks. <br /> NOTE: <br /> 1. Report emailed to'Kaur, Sandeep' sandeep.kaura(D.redcross.org <br /> 2. 1 received the updated MWMP during inspection. <br /> 3. Stericycle is the medical waste hauler. <br /> 4. 1 observed tracking and treatment records for 10/14/2023-10/9/2025. The white copy of the treatment record for 10/9/2025 is <br /> processing. <br /> 5. 1 reviewed "Manifest Reconciliation" emails to Stericycle from the facility for the following dates 12/25/2023; 5/27/2024; <br /> 6/17/2024, 9/2/2024, and 1/13/2025. The pickup days have changed from Mondays to Thursdays on 1/16/2025. <br /> Ensure that medical waste is not stored longer than seven days as described in HSC 118280. <br /> CORRECTIONS DUE BY OCTOBER 30, 2025 <br /> Reinspection on/about: A reinspection fee of$179 per hour may be charged.
