With regard to St. Mary's
Pool and the need for Virginia Graeme Baker Act(VGB) compliance, we did speak a couple of months ago about
this issue. I have in my notes in the file that the existing main drain covers would be acceptable if St. Mary's High,
or other person in charge, would get the existing main drain covers approved by a registered California
Professional Engineer. I know that you indicated in your voice mail that the architect is willing to provide
approval. Unless it is accompanied by a wet stamp from a CA Professional Engineer we couldn't approve it.
Call me or e-mail if you have questions.
Thanks Jeffrey,
Jeff Carruesco
REHS Program Coordinator
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
600 E.
