incerely,
Cheryl McClendon
Park Woods Recreation
Park Wood
Recreation Association
2339W. Hammer Lane Ste C
Stockton, CA 95209
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Dept.
304 E. Weber Ave. 31.d Floor
Stockton, CA 95202
February 26,2007
Attention: Laurie Cotulla
Dear Laurie,
Please find enclosed the checks for 'out of service' status regarding the Park Woods Pool.
Per our conversation this payment will eliminate the fines we would incur due to non-
payment. I sincerely appreciate your willingness to look in to this matter and helping to
work out a solution to our current fiscal dilemma. I will make sure we communicate our
status to your office as soon as possible. We will apply for a retail market (incidental
foods) permit before we open for the season.
Once again, thank you for helping our association with this matter.
