All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#10 Disinfectant Residual MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: There is no free chlorine in the spa. Provide free chlorine in the range of 3.0 to 10.0 ppm. <br />MAJOR VIOLATION/CLOSURE CONDITION <br />Spa is closed at 11:30am. <br />CAL CODE DESCRIPTION: Public pools, when open or in use, shall be disinfected continuously by approved chemicals and shall maintain <br />the following concentrations: 1.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine without cyanuric acid, 2.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine with cyanuric acid <br />or 2.0 ppm bromine. Spas, wading pools, and spray grounds shall maintain the following concentrations: 3.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free <br />chlorine or 4.0 ppm bromine. (CCR 65529) <br />#16 Water Clarity MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Unable to see the bottom of the spa. MAJOR VIOLATION / CLOSURE CONDITION <br />Spa shall remain closed until the main drain is clearly visible from the deck. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Poo/ operator shall maintain clear pool water while pool is in use or shall close the pool if the bottom of the <br />pool at the maximum depth is not clearly visible from the deck.
