All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#3 Safety Signs <br />OBSERVATIONS: <br />Write on sign site name, site address, and phone number af nearest hospital. <br />CAL CODE DESCRIPTION.- Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. (CBC 31208) <br />#18 Pool Shell and Tile <br />OBSERVATIONS: Pool has pits and lacks several tiles. Repairs shall be done during remodel. <br />Deck has trip hazards. All trip hazards shall be addressed and repaired before reopens to residents. All gaps between <br />concrete and coping stones shall be filled in. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shells shall be white and have a smooth waterproof interior finish that will withstand repeated brushing, <br />and scrubbing. A spa pool may be finished in a light color other than white when approved by the enforcement agency. (CBC 31088) <br />#46 Other <br />OBSERVATIONS: There is excess vegetation growing around sign and fence. It shall be trimmed on a routine basis. Start, <br />today.
