Date: 11/29/2024 <br />Manufacturer training: NOV, 09/14/24; Modern Welding, 06/12/25 <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On site for the for 87, 91 and diesel tanks testing inspection. <br />-Witnessed Secondary piping soap and pressure test of all piping and penetrations (product, vapor recovery, and vent). 87 <br />product @11 psi, 91 product @11 psi, diesel product @12psi, vapor recovery 12psi, 87 vent @ 11 psi, 91 vent @10psi, diesel vent <br />@12psi. <br />-Verified secondary piping slope test for all piping (product, vapor recovery and vent)- <br />-Verified all pipe set back and cross overs. <br />-Witnessed primary tanks test on vacuum, for 87- 15 inches of Hg, 91/diesel 15 inches of Hg. <br />All passed. <br />This facility is not approve to receive fuel in all tanks and to operate the UST system. Additional inspection are required see <br />approval letter dated June 5, 2024. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
