All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Pool and spa are being remodeled <br />Pool <br />Verified water level tile, trim tile on steps, break line at 4 1//2 ft, depth and no diving markers. <br />No yet installed: The handrail must 28 inches to 36 inches from all steps and the deck to the top. The ladder steps must 12 <br />inches uniform, and should be 12 inches from the deck. <br />If the the equalizers are eliminated, there must be an auto fill. <br />Provide specifications for the main drain covers to be installed on the main drain. Install according to manufacturer <br />specifications. If the the covers require sumps, photos of the sumps must be taken and provided to this department. <br />.Spa <br />Verified water level tile, depth and no diving tile. <br />No yet installed: The handrails must 28 inches to 36 inches from all steps and the deck to the top, trim tile on steps and bench. <br />If the the equalizers are eliminated, there must be an auto fill. <br />Unable to see jet suction outlet and main drain outlets. Take a photo and level the outlets in the photo and provide to this <br />department. Must be verified in person or by photo. <br />Provide specifications for the main drain covers to be installed on the main drain. Install according to manufacturer <br />specifications. If the the covers require sumps, photos of the sumps must be taken and provided to this department. <br />Provide this department with ab1020 forms. <br />Ok to plaster pool and spa. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
