Middlefield Dr., Tracy, CA <br />This letter will indicate Health Department approval of drawings submitted for the <br />proposed Waterstone Apartments pool and spa subject to the following conditions: <br />Split the equalizer lines in the pool and spa and provide approved-type anti-hair <br />entrapment covers. <br />Do not use tri-chlor chlorine in the spa. Do not install a Rainbow feeder. <br />Install a second means of entry and exit in the deep portion of the pool. Steps and <br />stepholes shall have a minimum tread of 5 inches, width of 14 inches, and shall be <br />easily cleaned. <br />Install slip-resistant tiles on the deck of the pool at the maximum depth, minimum <br />depth, and each end. Deck tiles shall be slip-resistant. <br />Provide this Department with a photometric lighting plan of the pool deck area. <br />Any items inadvertently overlooked in the plan check process must be changed or <br />amended during construction at this Department's discretion. <br />You must contact this Department to perform a pre-gunite, pre-plaster, and final <br />inspection at (209) 468-3438. <br />Jeff Carruesco, Supervising REHS <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
