This law- required you to submit necessary documentation to prove that your <br /> pool light fixtures are equipped with a ground fault circuit interrupter by January 1, 1999. <br /> Our records indicate that you have not complied with this requirement. <br /> Please complete the attached form and return it to the Environmental Health Department <br /> by Ju-oE -.)-y., tg 9 9 Failure to satisfy the requirement may result in the <br /> closure of your pool/spa. <br /> The certification inspection of your pool light fixture must either be performed by an <br /> electrician with a C-10. C-53, or C-61 contractor license, or. your local building <br /> department.
