This law required you to submit necessary documentation to prove that your <br />pool light fixtures are equipped with a ground fault circuit interrupter by January 1, 1999. <br />Our records indicate that you have not complied with this requirement. <br />Please complete the attached form and return it to the Environmental Health Department <br />by ,T(A .b,) E._ 1S, gict 91 . Failure to satisfy the requirement may result in the <br />closure of your pool/spa. <br />The certification inspection of your pool light fixture must either be performed by an <br />electrician with a C-10, C-53, or C-61 contractor license, or, your local building <br />department. Most local building departments will be able to perform these inspections <br />except the City of Stockton. <br />If you have any questions please contact Jeff Carruesco.
