BOGGS (c/o World Enterprises) , <br /> to renew U-73-16 "fill in existing pit with <br /> debris from demolished buildings to include <br /> rubble-concrete and other fill material, <br /> on the east side of Turnpike Road (formerly <br /> Russell Ave. ) from 540 ' to 1155 ' south of <br /> Downing Avenue--south of Stockton, in an I-PA <br /> Zone. <br /> PROPOSAL <br /> - The proposal is for second renewal (U-73-16) of a Use Permit <br /> "to fill in an existing pit with debris from demolished <br /> buildings to include wood rubble, concrete, and other fill <br /> material. <br /> HISTORY <br /> - There are two prior Use Permits for a debris disposal site. <br /> - U-71-5 - The original application, approved by Zoning <br /> Administrator on July 22 , 1970 . <br /> - U-73-16 - First renewal, approved with conditions by Board of <br /> Zoning Adjustment on August 10, 1972 for two years . <br /> LAND USE <br /> - Property -Size - overall property includes 8+ acres . However, <br /> actual fill occurs on 3/4 acre. <br /> - Property Use - The property is vacant except for the portion <br /> where rubble is being dumped, compacted and covered. <br /> - General Land Use - There are scattered residences and vacant <br /> lots in the vicinity. <br /> - Zoning Pattern - The subject property is zoned I-PA. I-PA <br /> zoning exists all around. GA-20 exists west of French Camp <br /> Slough. <br /> GENERAL PLAN <br /> The Land Use Element of the General Plan designates the <br /> property as residential-low density . The Open Space/ <br /> Conservation Element designates the area and subject property <br /> as existing urban. <br />
