All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#3 Safety Signs <br />OBSERVATIONS: Provide site address at the pool area. Correct by today. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (OCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. (CBC 3120B) <br />#22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: North skimmer missing o-ring. Install by today. <br />South skimmer missing weir. Install by today. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br />#27 Pool Equipment Room <br />OBSERVATIONS: There is a container which is deteriorated and there is a chemical/powder in it. Remove by today. <br />Remove safely. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep ancillary facilities well maintained. (CCR 65535) All filters, valves, pumps, strainers <br />and equipment shall be readily accessible for repair and replacement. (CBC 3123B) <br />#34 Maximum Flow Rate <br />OBSERVATIONS: Flow meter is reading below 40 gpm which is the lowest it can read. Determine whether the flow is <br />proper. Repair or replace by taday. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: All equipment related to pool operations shall be installed and maintained in accordance with manufacturer's <br />specifications and shall comply with applicable requirements established by NSF/ANSI-50 performance standards.
