<br />4. The 2024 PostClosure Maintenance Plan and NonWater Release Corrective Action Plan <br />was received November 4, 2024 and approved by the LEA on December 5, 2024. <br /> <br />5. Third and Fourth quarter LFG perimeter monitoring well data was received from the <br />operator and reviewed to be complete. All data points were between 0.0 to 0.3% methane <br />detected. <br /> <br />6. The GW-6 landfill gas perimeter well was tested during the inspection: <br /> <br />shallow CH4 = 0.0%, CO2 = 0.3%, O2 = 21.1%, Balance = 78.6% <br />mid CH4 = 0.0%, CO2 = 2.0%, O2 = 19.7%, Balance = 78.2% <br />deep CH4 = 0.0%, CO2 = 4.5%, O2 = 17.1%, Balance = 78.4% <br /> <br />7. According to the operator, the Corral Hollow Road and I-580 highway interchange may be <br />widened and encroach onto the landfill property. If the property owners or potential buyers are <br />planning any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for the site, see Title 27 California Code of <br />Regulations section 21190 for PCLU requirements including the PCLU Plan. The Plan shall <br />be submitted to the Local Enforcement Agency (San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />Department), the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), local air district and local <br />land use agency for review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre- <br />construction activities. <br /> <br />9. According to the operator, the Corral Hollow Road and I-580 highway interchange may be <br />widened and encroach onto the landfill property. The work may include eminent domain of <br />land for the interchange. An owner or operator of a disposal site who plans to sell, transfer or <br />convey the ownership or operation of the disposal site to a new owner or operator shall notify <br />the Local Enforcement Agency (San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department) and <br />CalRecycle 45 days prior to the anticipated transfer of title. This notification shall include the <br />name(s), address(es) and phone number(s) of the new owner or operator. Title 27 California <br />Code of Regulations section 21200. <br /> <br />10.
