Access gate is in good condition and locked. The font sign with <br />the facility name and address has been replaced and posted at the entrance. <br /> <br />3. The site was covered in mulch since the 2024 summer fire and grass has regrown to cover <br />the site. No erosion was observed. <br /> <br />4. Bait stations were observed throughout the facility. <br /> <br />5. 1st quarter LFG perimeter monitoring well data was received from the operator and <br />reviewed to be complete. All data points were 0.0 methane detected. <br /> <br />6. The GW-3 landfill gas perimeter well was tested during the inspection: <br /> <br />shallow CH4 = 0.0%, CO2 = 0.3%, O2 = 20.6%, Balance = 79.1% <br />mid CH4 = 0.0%, CO2 = 1.0%, O2 = 20.1%, Balance = 78.9% <br />deep CH4 = 0.0%, CO2 = 0.9%, O2 = 20.3%, Balance = 77.5% <br /> <br />7. The GW-1A landfill gas perimeter well was tested during the inspection: <br />shallow CH4 = 0.0%, CO2 = 0.2%, O2 = 20.3%, Balance = 79.5% <br />mid CH4 = 0.0%, CO2 = 1.4%, O2 = 20.0%, Balance = 78.6% <br />deep CH4 = 0.0%, CO2 = 3.3%, O2 = 19.2%, Balance = 78.9% <br />8. According to the operator, the Corral Hollow Road and I-580 highway interchange may be <br />widened and encroach onto the landfill property. If the property owners or potential buyers are <br />planning any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for the site, see Title 27 California Code of <br />Regulations section 21190 for PCLU requirements including the PCLU Plan. The Plan shall <br />be submitted to the Local Enforcement Agency (San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />Department), the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), local air district and local <br />land use agency for review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre- <br />construction activities. <br /> <br />9. According to the operator, the Corral Hollow Road and I-580 highway interchange may be <br />widened and encroach onto the landfill property. The work may include eminent domain of <br />land for the interchange. An owner or operator of a disposal site who plans to sell, transfer or <br />convey the ownership or operation of the disposal site to a new owner or operator shall notify <br />the Local Enforcement Agency (San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department) and <br />CalRecycle 45 days prior to the anticipated transfer of title. This notification shall include the <br />name(s), address(es) and phone number(s) of the new owner or operator.
