All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#12 pH Level <br />OBSERVATIONS: The spa water pH was measured at 7.0. Maintain pH between 7.2 and 8. Correct prior to opening spa to <br />residents. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain pH between 7.2 and 7.8. (CCR 65530) <br />#22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: An o-ring was not observed in the skimmer assembly. Provide o-ring for skimmer assembly. Correct <br />prior to opening spa to residents. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />Flow rate: 0 gpm Chlorine: 6 ppm Temp: 90.00 ° F <br /> <br />Cyanuric acid: <30 ppm pH: 7.0 Combined chlorine: 0 ppm <br />NOTES <br />Routine inspection conducted this date. The followings were noted: <br />Influent: 0 psi; Effluent: 0 psi. (the spa was not on) <br />The spa is inoperable - the spa will be repaired later this week. <br />This spa is closed due to COVID-19. <br />Inspection report was discussed with Steven Flim. The signature was not captured. <br />Inspection report will be e-mailed to the facility. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
