C;IJ NITY <br /> Food Program Official Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name and Address: INDOOR ADVENTURES, 552 W BENJAMIN HOLT DR, STOCKTON 95207 <br /> #45 Floors,Walls,Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed an absorbent piece of wood at the pass through window. Paint or seal wood so that it is smooth, <br /> cleanable and non-absorbent within two weeks. <br /> Several holes were observed in the walls in the kitchen (under three compartment sink, around pass through window, near <br /> walk-in, etc.). Repair walls so that they are smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent within 30 days. <br /> One tile at the top of the mop sink was lacking. Replace tile so that wall is smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent within 30 <br /> days. <br /> Coved base tiles were lacking along the wall with the three compartment sink and the wall with the hood. Floor tiles were <br /> lacking near the walk-in cooler floor sink. The floor surfaces in all food preparation or packaging areas, open food storage <br /> areas, utensil washing areas, refuse storage areas, janitorial areas, and all restroom and employee change areas, shall be <br /> smooth and of durable construction and nonabsorbent material which is easily cleaned. These floor surfaces shall be coved at <br /> the juncture at the floor and wall with a three-eighths(3/8)inch minimum radius coving and shall extend up the wall at least four <br /> (4) inches. Rubber or vinyl top set base is not permitted in these areas. Correct within 30 days. Only approved flooring is <br /> allowed. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth, nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All <br /> floor surfaces,other than the customer service areas,shall be approved,smooth,durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is <br /> easily cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in <br /> original unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. (114143 <br /> (d), 114266, 114268, 114268.1, 114271, 114272) <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> #47 Signs Posted; Last Inspection Report Available <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department SB- 180 sign was not posted at the facility for <br /> public view. Maintain the SB-180 sign posted in public view at all times. Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing signs shall be posted in each toilet room,directing attention to the need to thoroughly wash <br /> hands after using the restroom(113953.5)(b)No smoking signs shall be posted in food preparation,food storage,warewashing,and <br /> utensil storage areas(113978).(c)Consumers shall be notified that clean tableware is to be used when they return to self-service <br /> areas such as salad bars and buffets.
