An ELD work plan specific for this project was not submitted. The submitted document was just an explanation <br />of ELD testing. <br />4. Certifications <br />a. Missing certification for Xerxes <br />b. Missing certification for Veeder Root <br />c. Received certifications for CSI tanks and sump installation but CSI tanks were not listed in the plan. Are <br />you planning on installing CSI tanks/sumps? <br />d. Received certifications for Hose Master flex connects but it looks like Franklin Fueling FireFlex is being <br />used. Are you planning on installing Hose Master? <br />5. Cut Sheets should be submitted for each UST component being installed and should be third party certified: <br />a. Missing cut sheets for: <br /> i. Leak detectors <br /> ii. 208 sensor <br /> iii. Vacuum sensors <br />b. Do you have something that shows the TLS-450 is third party certified? <br />6. On sheet number CO <br />1. Scope of Work #14 states that the tank slab of concrete will be 12” thick but the buoyancy calculations <br />have the safety factor calculated at 8” thick. (Sheet T&L3, T&L4 also has 12” slab of concrete shown) <br />2. Drawing Index shows two E2s but there is one E2 and an E3 <br />7. On sheet number T&L1 <br />1. There appears to be a square sump between the 87 fill sump and turbine sump. Will you have a <br />transition sump between them? If so, what will be monitoring this sump? See snippet below with square <br />sump highlighted. There is no detail showing another sump on T&L4. Is the grey line coming from the <br />square sump the 87 product line
