Blackwell, Kimberly [EHD]
From: Shelley Gibson <Shelley.Gibson@rnattr.corn>
Sent: Thursday, August 7, 2025 6:11 PM
To: EH-UST
Cc: David Beard
Subject: RE: SR0083837 -4607 S.Airport Way, Stockton - Install Repairs
Good day!
I have had my team reach out and request a change to our agreed upon plan. They are hoping you wiLL
accept a change in Location of the temporary riser pipe installation.
We had agreed to pLace the temporary riser in the sump and my team has recommended instaLLing on the
fLat indicated in red on the drawing below. It is Located on the end tank next to the seam. The area is
currently exposed in a way that a confined space entry is not required. It wiLL aLso make it easier for your
inspector to observe the in situ brine as weLL as the hydraulic connection between the end tank and base
tank.
