They are hoping you will <br />accept a change in location of the temporary riser pipe installation. <br /> <br />We had agreed to place the temporary riser in the sump and my team has recommended installing on the <br />flat indicated in red on the drawing below. It is located on the end tank next to the seam. The area is <br />currently exposed in a way that a confined space entry is not required. It will also make it easier for your <br />inspector to observe the in situ brine as well as the hydraulic connection between the end tank and base <br />tank. <br />
