Will that work ok? I won’t
be here tomorrow, but the inspector for the installation, Kristina Saetern, will be there, along with John
Alaniz, a supervisor with many years of UST experience. I’ve included both of them on this email. Can you
please provide a list of the inspections and testing that will be conducted tomorrow so they can be fully
prepared for the inspection?

We also have a few questions about the testing.
Based on the test procedures, it appears the TruChek test runs for 10 hours. Do you have a estimated
start and end time for the test? And will you be scheduling a separate inspection for the end?
I would like to confirm that brine verification will be taking place prior to any additional brine being
added to the tank for testing.
Based on the drawings of the tanks, the brine reservoir is connected to the center compartment. We
would like to confirm that the riser being installed for interstice continuity testing will be placed on a
separate compartment from the brine reservoir.
Air testing is planned for after removal of the added riser and patching of the hole. Will that test also
be conducted tomorrow? Or will they need time to patch it and will you be scheduling that test for
another day?

Thank you for your assistance,

Stacy Rivera
Lead Sr. Registered Environmental Health Specialist

You don't often get email from srivera@sjgov.org.
