10
From what I have been told, the completion of the repair has been communicated to the
county but the detailed report about the repair and causes of the leak is still under review
by management. We need to get that report to San Joaquin County urgently. They have
been asking questions about the scope of this repair for weeks. Sean's team still needs to
backfill and repair the concrete above the tank and, at this point, we are on a 60-day
timeline to open.

If someone could also provide a copy of what has been communicated to the county or
forward those emails to me, that would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Gurkamal Dhaliwal | Director of Development
Elite Business Enterprises, Inc.
2190 Meridian Park Blvd, Suite G, Concord, CA 94520
O: +1 (925) 446-6806 | F: +1 (925) 446-6808 | C: +1 (901) 383-3023
E: g.dhaliwal@norcaloffice.com

On Wed, Jun 18, 2025 at 2:56 PM SeanMurphy <Sean@tccontractors.com> wrote:
Please see the email below.
