We have not yet received a scope of work regarding the repairs to the site. As previously stated, all <br /> repairs to the tank or any other already approved part of the tank system must be approved by our <br /> department in writing prior to any work being conducted. Please immediately submit a scope of <br /> work for the tank repairs for approval by our department. <br /> We will also want to be present during any tank testing conducted both before and after any <br /> backfilling or concrete pouring activities involving the tanks and tank pad area. <br /> As per the original installation approval letter, all inspections can be made by emailing our UST email <br /> (.ust@5jgov.o g) and providing at least 48 hour advance notice. We may be able to accommodate <br /> appointments with less than 48 hour notice if there is inspector availability.
