Date: 12/30/2025 <br /> Manufacturer training: Xerxes, 03/23/25 <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> NOTES <br /> On site for the tank set. <br /> -Witnessed the tank set of the three compartment tank(6,000 gallon diesel end tank, 20,000 gallon biodiesel base tank, and <br /> 6,000 gallon DEF end tank). <br /> -Witnessed the tank set of the two compartment tank(24,000 gallon 87 unleaded base tank and 6,000 gallon 91 unleaded end <br /> tank). <br /> -INCOMPLETE TANK SET due to leakage were found on the 6,000 gallon diesel end tank rib(26)that connect the end tank to <br /> the base tank. Small pin holes were observed on the rib. Liquid was observed oozing out of the tiny holes. ***Note: Liquid was <br /> observed inside the 6,000 gallon DEF tank. <br /> -One anchor was not placed due to the opening on the rib was not large enough. <br /> -No backfill was placed into the hole. <br /> -No corrosion protection of tank anchors were placed. <br /> .*****Note******* <br /> -Schedule an appointment with EHD for the backfill. <br /> -Provide Xerxes report for the repairs. <br /> This facility is not approved to receive fuel. <br /> This facility is not approved to operate. <br /> Additional inspections are required. Please see approval letter dated 6/14/2024 for a list of requirements.
