I was wondering if either <br /> of you would participate in this phone call sometime tomorrow. I have a few inspections in the morning but I <br /> should be back in the office by 2 PM. Attached is the email containing information regarding the last repair on the <br /> ribs and external tank conducted by Xerxes on August 14, 2024. <br /> I'm not entirely sure of what to ask or how we would like to proceed with this install fiasco. I would like to <br /> brainstorm for some questions to present to them. From the corresponding emails, it appear they had conducted <br /> other tests prior to our knowledge. <br /> • What are the penalties for repairing on a new installed LIST without notification to EHD? <br /> • What are our requirements for a tank repair that is brand new? <br /> • Should the waterboard be informed of the shenanigans that are happening at this site? <br /> • Should we request for the Xerxes test result of the internal inspection for the cause of brine in the primary <br /> after backfill? <br /> • What kind of certifications/requirements do we need from Fiberglass Unlimited Inc? <br /> • Should we include the owner into this phone conversation? <br /> It appears they had outsource the tank repair to a third party call Fiberglass Unlimited Inc. I'd looked into the <br /> company Fiberglass Unlimited Inc. and I could not find a connection with them and Xerxes.
