Background and Initial Findings <br />On March 6, 2025, Xerxes Feld Service was notified by Town & Country, the site contractor, <br />regarding concernswith the underground storage tank system at Stockton AR00#4607. The <br />contractor reported that brinewasno longer visible in the reservoir; however, blue -colored <br />fluid wasobserved inside the primary compartment of the end tank, indicating brine intrusion <br />into the primary. <br />It is noted that thistank had previously been evaluated in September 2024 for an unrelated <br />external rib leak shortly after delivery. At that time, the internal compartments contained no <br />fluid and no communication was observed. <br />Upon notification in March 2025, Xerxes mobilized to investigate the reported condition and <br />initiate repairs as required to restore containment integrity. <br />2.
