Line volumes verification are needed. <br />12a) Accurate and to -scale as -built diagram or drawing (Received but needs to be reviewed) <br />12b) Completed copies of all required installation checklists (tank, etc.) must be submitted to EHD. (Received not <br />yet reviewed) <br />12c) All outstanding operating permit and service request fees must be paid prior to receiving the final approval to <br />operate. <br />Additional: Verification of CERS submittals need to be accurate and reflect the site.
