Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA. 95205 <br /> Attn: Frank Girardi <br /> Re: PA-2300180 (Addendum Letter to the approved NLSS for PA-1800064) <br /> Project Address: 9296 Highway 12, Lodi, CA. <br /> Application/Permit Number: PA-2300180 Minor Subdivision <br /> This letter is in response to the revision in the original major subdivision application <br /> 1800064. The original PA-1800064 was submitted proposing 7 parcels within the <br /> original 14.5+/- acre parcel. The property owner and developer went away from this <br /> application. The project shifted from a major subdivision of 7 parcels to a minor <br /> subdivision of 4 parcels and a designated remainder. <br /> As part of this new application for PA-2300180 the parcel sizes would remain a <br /> minimum of 2 acres, with less parcels. There would be no impact to the previously <br /> presented and approved Nitrate Loading Study and Soil Suitability Report with the <br /> proposed new configuration. <br /> Attached with this letter are nitrate loading calculations for the 4 parcels and <br /> designated remainder. Also attached with this letter are the results of the percolation <br /> test performed on 7/17/2017 for the parcels that didn't previously have one. Attached is <br /> also the original and the revised tentative map configuration noting where these <br /> percolation tests were done. <br /> If you have any questions, please contact me at 209-334-6613.
