All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #13 Cyanuric Acid Concentration <br />OBSERVATIONS: The cyanuric acid level is greater than 100ppm. Take action to reduce the cya level to less than 100ppm. <br />Correct by next pool season. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain cyanuric acid concentration between 0.0 ppm and 100 ppm. (CCR 65530) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #16 Water Clarity <br />OBSERVATIONS: The water is a little cloudy. Take action to make the water more clear . <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain clear pool water while pool is in use or shall close the pool if the bottom of the <br />pool at the maximum depth is not clearly visible from the deck. (CCR 65527) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #36 Pressure and Vacuum Gauges <br />OBSERVATIONS: The spa filter lacks an effluent gauge . Properly install an effluent gauge at the spa filter by 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pressure and vacuum gauges shall be provided for each pump system.
