Date: <br />Manufacturer training: <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On site for the following: <br />-Verified the fire permit number <br />-Verified tanks were inerted with 300 pounds of dry ice each <br />The following vapor readings were documented: <br />-Tank #10165815-001 (87): <br />LEL=0 <br />Oxygen: Top=16.9; Middle=16.9; Bottom=13.8 <br />-Tank #10165815-002 (91): <br />LEL=0 <br />Oxygen: Top=17.0; Middle=14.9; Bottom=12.0 <br />-Witnessed removal of two 10,000 gallon fuel tanks, piping and components <br />-Verified the tank ID number was marked on the tank ends using fluorescent spray <br />-Observed 6 tank soil samples and 1 water sample <br />-Viewed copy of the manifest for 1,000 gallons of rinsate that were generated <br />Piping exact location needs to be determined and piping sampling still needs to be observed. <br />Per contractor, flex piping will be disposed of as hazardous waste. Manifest is pending. <br />Approximately 200 gallons of rinsate remains on site and is pending waste determination. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
