As I've previously stated, you have submitted the return
to compliance on time. I know you are working on getting the SPCC Plan updated. Below are comments on what is
pending to close the open violations.
Most need a copy of the SPCC Plan, but#10 just needs a statement that 5 year reviews will be conducted moving
forward and does not need a copy of the plan or anything from Matt. Please submit your statement at your earliest
convenience and I can close out#10. 1 can also potentially close out#3 if you've relocated your tanks to be visible from
all sides, but that may not be the new requirement in your new updated plan.
#03—pending a copy of the SPCC Plan with an update to having tanks being visible from all sides OR proof that the tanks
have been moved to be visible from all sides.
#10—pending a statement that 5 year reviews of the SPCC Plan will be conducted moving forward. FYI,these 5 year
reviews, can be done by A&A Management to verify no updates to the SPCC Plan are needed.
#14—pending a copy of the SPCC Plan with complete facility diagram included
#15—pending a copy of the SPCC Plan with all oil type and storage capacity for all fixes and portable containers included
#22—pending a copy of the SPCC Plan with discharge and equipment failure information included
#30—pending a copy of training records on the training form required in the SPCC Plan
#32—pending a copy of the training records on the SPCC Plan
#57—pending a copy of inspection records conducted on the inspection forms required in the SPCC Plan
#59—pending a copy of the SPCC Plan with overfill prevention methods included
#61—pending proof of testing on the liquid sensing devices. I saw that Matt will be adding a list of liquid sensing devices
that will be tested to the SPCC Plan. After he adds that, please provide proof that those liquid sensing devices have been
tested.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thank you and have a great rest of the week
All the Best,
Carol Presto
Registered Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
Email: cpresto@sigov.org I Direct: (209) 616-3061 1 Main: (209) 468-3420
https://www.sigov.org/department/envhealth/
*NOTE*I will be out of office every other Friday:
Aug 2, 16,30 1 Sept 13,27 1 Oct 11,25 1 Nov 8,22 1 Dec 6,20
EHD will be closed for the following holidays:
Sept 2 1 Nov 11,28,29 1 Dec 25
1
