Any individual present at the facility who is not an employee shall be escorted by a Green Brothers Farm employee whenever he or she is present on-site. Greene Brothers Farm shall maintain a log of all non -employees who enter the facility. This includes keeping a copy of their identification such as driver's license or their official work badge. These records shall be made available to licensing authorities upon request. The log in sheet shall include a time in, time out, purpose of visit, name of the individual and company or organization on whose behalf the visitor is present, along with the individual's signature. Law Enforcement Interface The Greene Brothers Farm Security Manager will establish contact with the Sheriff's Department area watch commander to provide notification of any security issues. The Security Manager will also serve as the 24-hour "on-call" point of contact to receive, log, and respond to complaints, with contact information posted on the front entrance to the facility. After Hours Emergency Contacts In the case of an emergency, after hours, the following individuals shall be contacted: 1. Aaron Greene, CEO, Greene Brothers Farm, Inc. Law Enforcement Notification Green Brothers Farm will notify local law enforcement within 24 hours after discovering any of the following: • Significant discrepancies identified during inventory; • Diversion, theft, loss, or any criminal activity involving the facility or any agent or employee of the facility; • The loss or unauthorized alteration of records related to cannabis or Greene Brothers Farm employees or agents; and/or; • Any other breach of security Access for Law Enforcement Authorities Greene Brothers Farm shall maintain its facility available for inspection to law enforcement as well as County and State officials and all relevant authorities upon request, and shall not in any way impede, obstruct, or interfere with said authorities conducting and recording an inspection, review, or copying of records, recordings or any other documents required to be maintained under local law. Product Security All areas of the facility except for the restroom will be monitored by interior surveillance cameras accessible to the Security Manager, Operations Manager, Security Administrators, and Greene Brothers Farm Executives. Safe Rooms The Safe Room will be monitored by interior surveillance cameras accessible to the Security Manager, Operations Manager, Security Administrators, and Greene Brothers Farm Executives. The Safe Rooms shall always remain locked except as necessary for authorized personnel access.
