The missing alarms include: <br /> 6/20/2024: L21 alarm <br /> 3/9/2024: L1 alarm <br /> 3/7/2024: L1 alarm <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: During the inspection,the designated operator shall review the alarm history since the <br /> previous inspection, check that each alarm was documented and responded to appropriately, and attach a copy of the <br /> alarm history with documentation taken in response to any alarms to the inspection report. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that designated operators performing inspections at this facility are including all of the <br /> required information on the reports. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> The report was amended and replaces the initial report.
