All employees that are or will be transporting cannabis or cannabis products, either as a <br /> driver, or a passenger, including name and age of employee, driver's license information, <br /> and list the roles and responsibilities for each employee. <br /> TBD <br /> ii. Will any security personnel accompany employees transporting cannabis or cannabis <br /> products? Specify whether security personnel will be employees or contracted. If <br /> contracting for security, provide the name of the company, license number, contact <br /> person, and phone number. <br /> No. Only Greene Brothers Farm drivers shall be present in the vehicle during transport. <br /> e. Information regarding the storage of cannabis and cannabis products in the vehicle, <br /> which includes: <br /> i. A description of how the applicant intends to store cannabis and cannabis products in <br /> each vehicle or trailer, i.e., what area of the vehicle or trailer will be used for storage. <br /> Cannabis products placed in each delivery vehicle shall be placed within a lock box or cage affixed to the <br /> vehicle floor board within the cargo area of the vehicle, which shall be physically separated from the <br /> passenger area. The products shall remain locked in the lock-box or cage until the time of delivery when the <br /> products shall be delivered to the licensed commercial cannabis business transferee, at which point the <br /> products shall be removed, with the lock-box re-locked. <br /> ii. A description of how the applicant intends to secure cannabis and cannabis products in <br /> each vehicle. <br /> Cannabis products shall be secured within containers placed into the secure lock-box and/or cage noted above.The vehicle shall remain <br /> locked at all times during which a Greene Brothers Farm employee is not present in or around the vehicle,with its burglar alarm system <br /> activated when a driver or employee is not present,as well as a permanently affixed GPS device activated at all times. <br /> `\ Department of Transportation Procedures 2 <br /> Cannabis Control DCC-LIC-015(Amended 9/21) <br /> CALIFORNIA <br />
