Thank you for confirming with Mr. Davis that our most recent BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION has passed
through EHD.
Please note- we are NOT seeing our Building Permit application in the County portal, and as a result, do not
have a BP application #to reference.
More importantly, I think we may be getting our wires crossed between the above referenced Building
Permit application (having cleared EHD 2 weeks ago) and the following applications that are with Planning
and EHD, respectively:
Improvement Plan Application (PA2200157): This is with Planning and based on our list of to do's- issuance is
currently pending our provision of the current septic layout, and an addendum correlating the proposed use
with the previously approved SSNLS - as per Jeffrey Wong and Steven Shih from EHD. All other items from the
October 25 Referral from Giuseppe are either satisfied or NA.
Commercial Cannabis License Applications (3):
Manufacturing CDPH-10004850
Cultivation CCL22-0001146 / LCA22-0001146-APP
Distribution C11-22-0000178-APP (State License app pending)
All of these ^ are with EHD who has indicated the following are outstanding, except, for the Distribution CCL
app which is also subject to approval of our State license which is still pending :
Final Security Plan/Background Approval: (This is with Sheriff's Office): Two weeks ago we submitted an
update to the previously approved Security Plan to Lt. Tarriol and Sgt. Towers... It was previously indicated to
me that 1/5 background checks for (Aaron Greene, Mark Greene, Michelle Johnson Greene, Scott Sinnet,
Patrick Daniels) may have not come back from DOJ. However, Sgt. Towers is going to check the file and
verify as there are other County cannabis projects where backgrounds may have not come back. Notably,
we submitted over 8 months ago so we should be clear here;
CCL's will also be subject (same as the improvement plan)to the Current Septic Layout being provided, as
well as the SSNLS addendum.
***Fire Mitigation Plan-This has been submitted in our MOST RECENT BUILDING PERMIT SUBMITTAL and
will need to be approved by Fire once it passes through BUILDING DEPARTMENT. Now that we have
confirmation from EHD that we have passed their review- it should now go to Building before final review by
the Fire Department.
So to clarify, although we still have 2-3 outstanding items pending issuance of our CCL applications and
Improvement Plan Approval, there should be nothing currently holding up review of our Building Permit
application inclusive of the Fire Mitigation Plan.
Greg, can you please confirm you now have our Building Plans available for Review.
Also, Giuseppe/Jennifer could you please advise as to the issuance of a Building Permit Application Number
and population of the same into the County's portal so we can track independently.
2
