All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #4 Safety Equipment <br />OBSERVATIONS: A life ring is needed for the pool enclosure . Provide a proper life ring with a rope securely attached. The rope <br />shall be at least as long as the pool is wide. Correct ASAP. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Safety equipment shall be provided, maintained, readily visible, and available for use. Pools shall have at <br />minimum one 12 foot fixed-length rescue pole with a permanently attached body hook and one 17-inch life ring with an attached throw <br />rope. Throw rope shall be of sufficient length to span the maximum width of the pool and shall be stored to prevent kinking or fouling. <br />(CCR 65540) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: Two of the pool skimmers are lacking weir doors . Provide properly installed weir doors at these two <br />skimmers. Correct by 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall <br />be maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #36 Pressure and Vacuum Gauges <br />OBSERVATIONS: The pool filters are missing an effluent gauge . Properly install effluent gauge (s) at the pool filter by 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pressure and vacuum gauges shall be provided for each pump system.
