Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: STONETREE CONDOMINIUMS, 1819 S CHEROKEE LN, LODI 95240 <br />Swimming Pool Official Inspection Report <br /> #13 Cyanuric Acid Concentration <br />OBSERVATIONS: The cyanuric acid was over 100 ppm. Maintain cyanuric acid between 0-100 ppm when operating. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain cyanuric acid concentration between 0.0 ppm and 100 ppm. (CCR 65530) <br /> #15 Operation Records <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed pool records without daily testing of free chlorine and pH. Record pH and free chlorine daily <br />and maintain records of all maintenance and test results for at least two years. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall test the disinfectant residual, pH, and spa water temperature a minimum of once per day. <br />Cyanuric acid concentration shall be tested once per month if cyanuric acid is used. Combined chlorine shall be tested as often as <br />necessary to maintain the concentration below 0.4 ppm. Pool operator shall maintain written records of all maintenance and test results <br />for at least two years and shall submit those records to the enforcement agency upon request. (CCR 65523) <br /> #18 Pool Shell and Tile <br />OBSERVATIONS: Repeat violation. Pool shell has chipping across floor of shell. Resurface/replaster pool to resolve <br />chipping before opening next year. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shells shall be white and have a smooth waterproof interior finish that will withstand repeated brushing, <br />and scrubbing. A spa pool may be finished in a light color other than white when approved by the enforcement agency. (CBC 3108B) <br /> #36 Pressure and Vacuum Gauges <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed influent and effluent pressure gauges on pump unchanged when pump was shut off. Ensure <br />influent and effluent pressure gauges are functional within 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pressure and vacuum gauges shall be provided for each pump system.
