The following is an itemized list of CP22 - AST Non-Qualified violations that have not <br /> been addressed for ReConserve of California - Stockton, Inc as of July 09, 2024. <br /> Open violations from May 21, 2024 inspection <br /> Violation#52-4010026-Records maintained of drainage from diked areas. <br /> OBSERVATION:Adequate records of drainage of uncontaminated rainwater from diked areas(or NPDES permit <br /> records)of drainage were not found on site. No records were observed during the time of inspection. Per Ron, General <br /> Manager, he was not aware. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: (c)(3)(iv) Keep adequate records of such events,for example, any records required under <br /> permits issued in accordance with§§ 122.410)(2)and 122.41(m)(3)of this chapter. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately begin maintaining adequate records(or NPDES permit records)of drainage from <br /> diked areas. On a regular schedule. 2.After making material repairs. 3. Using <br /> non-destructive testing.4. Inspecting each container's supports,foundations, and outside for signs of deterioration, <br /> discharges, or accumulation of oil inside diked areas. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: REGULATION GUIDANCE: 112.8(c)(6)Test or inspect each aboveground container for <br /> integrity on a regular schedule and whenever you make material repairs. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately conduct the necessary integrity testing and inspection on the two 250 gal tank, <br /> one 350 gal tank, and one 12,000 gal tank based on industry standards, on a regular schedule, after making material <br /> repairs, using non-destructive testing, inspecting each container's supports,foundations, and outside for signs of <br /> deterioration, discharges, or accumulation of oil inside diked areas. Maintain testing and inspection records.
