Environmental Health Department <br />Telephone: (909) 232-6361 Owner/Operator: PINE TREE APARTMENTS <br />Inspection Type: Routine Inspection <br />Address: 2429 DELAWARE AVE, STOCKTON 95204 <br />Date: 06/03/2024Name of Facility:PINE TREE APARTMENTS <br />Reinspection on or after: 06/03/2024 <br />Swimming Pool Official Inspection Report <br />Program Element: 3611 - PUBLIC POOL/SPA - PRIMARY <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code section(s) 116043, 116040, & <br />116050. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #1 Pool Gates <br />OBSERVATIONS: The entrance gate is not self-closing. Repair gate so that it is self-closing and latching. Close pool area <br />until the corrections are made and verified by this department. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Gates and doors leading into the pool area shall be equipped with self-closing self-latching devices. <br />Self-latching devices shall be designed to keep the gate or door securely closed. Gates and doors shall open outward from the pool <br />area except where otherwise prohibited by law. (CBC 3119B) Pool operator shall keep gates and doors leading into the pool area well <br />maintained. (CCR 65535) <br />This is (Major) Violation. <br />MAJOR <br /> #10 Disinfectant Residual <br />OBSERVATIONS: Free chlorine is below 1 ppm. Adjust to 1 ppm to 10 ppm. Close pool until the corrections are made and <br />verified by this department. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Public pools, when open or in use, shall be disinfected continuously by approved chemicals and shall <br />maintain the following concentrations: 1.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine without cyanuric acid, 2.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine with <br />cyanuric acid or 2.0 ppm bromine. Spas, wading pools, and spray grounds shall maintain the following concentrations: 3.0 ppm to <br />10.0 ppm free chlorine or 4.0 ppm bromine.
