Owner- Rhodes, Padilla, Castaneda <br /> Access was given to the property, gate was unlocked for inspection. Site assessment <br /> occurring today. <br /> 1. Access was allowed to property. Site investigation occurring today. <br /> 2. Observed trash and litter at the south end of the property. Remove trash and litter and <br /> dispose at a proper disposal facility. <br /> 3. Observed exposed waste (glass) on the northern portion of the property. Cover exposed <br /> waste with clean soil. <br /> 4. Vegetation is overgrown near the entrance gate to the property. Operator is to maintain <br /> vegetation to prevent a potential fire hazard. <br /> 5. Appropriate permits shall be obtained prior to any installation of new water supply wells. <br /> 6. Owner should notify the EHD prior to any site activities. <br /> 7. If owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLU) for <br /> this site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. <br /> Pursuant to the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be <br /> submitted to the LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), the local air <br /> district and local land use agency for review and approval prior to commencing any <br /> construction or pre-construction activities for such PCLU. <br /> 8. T27CCR, Section 21200 requires that CalRecycle and EHD are notified at least 45 days <br /> prior to the sale or transfer of the property. <br /> 23021 S. Santa Fe Rd., Escalon.
