Owner- Rhodes, Padilla, Castaneda: <br /> 1.Previous violation has been cleared. <br /> 2.Potholes on the east side appear to be rodent burrows. Fill rodent burrow holes with clean <br /> dirt. <br /> 3.Appropriate permits shall be obtained prior to any installation of new water supply wells. <br /> 4.The installation of two landfill gas wells occurred on 1/27/2026. <br /> 5.The LEA received the "LFG Well Installation Report" for the installation of the LFG wells on <br /> March 9, 2026. The owner's intent is to submit a Post Closure Land Use Plan. The Post <br /> Closure Land Use Plan is subject to Title 27 Section 21190 (g) since the current APN <br /> boundary that includes Parcels "A" and "B" has waste and construction activities are within <br /> 1,000 feet of the waste. <br /> 6.Per 27 CCR Section 20921(c), the owner shall conduct Landfill Gas Monitoring. <br /> 7.Owner should notify the EHD prior to any site activities. <br /> 8.Vegetation is overgrown between the road and the entrance gate to the property. Operator <br /> is to maintain vegetation to prevent a potential fire hazard. <br /> 9.If owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLU) for this <br /> site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. Pursuant to <br /> the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be submitted to the <br /> LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), the local air district and local land <br /> use agency for review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre-construction <br /> activities for such PCLU. <br /> 10.T27CCR, Section 21200 requires that CalRecycle and EHD are notified at least 45 days <br /> prior to the sale or transfer of the property. <br /> 23021 S.
