Owner/Operator Afzal <br /> A portion of the fence area near the entrance is knocked down and several sections <br /> along the Santa Fe Rd. providing easy access to the public for illegal <br /> dumping. Continuation of violation. <br /> According to the owner this violation will be addressed, and owner will submit proof of <br /> corrections. <br /> 1. Make the necessary repairs to fence to provide site security. <br /> 2. A follow up inspection to occur within 30 days to verify corrections have been <br /> made. <br /> 3. If this violation is not corrected, then further enforcement action may result. <br /> No Areas of Concern <br /> Inspection Report Comments <br /> A quarterly inspection was conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br /> Notes: <br /> 23021 S. Santa Fe Rd., Escalon. Owner/operator-Afzal: <br /> 1. The property owner was onsite at the time of inspection and provided access to the <br /> property. <br /> 2. Owner should notify the EHD prior to any site activities. Owner should obtain grading <br /> permit before any grading activities. <br /> 3. If owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLU) for <br /> this site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. <br /> Pursuant to the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be <br /> submitted to the LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), the local air <br /> district and local land use agency for review and approval prior to commencing any <br /> construction or pre-construction activities for such PCLU. <br /> 4.
