Previous violation is cleared. <br /> 2. Vegetation is overgrown between the road and the entrance gate to the property. <br /> Operator is to maintain vegetation to prevent a potential fire hazard. <br /> 3. A few areas on the property show moderate vegetation growth. Maintain vegetation to <br /> prevent a potential fire hazard. <br /> 4. If owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLU) for <br /> this site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. <br /> Pursuant to the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be <br /> submitted to the LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), the local air <br /> district and local land use agency for review and approval prior to commencing any <br /> construction or pre-construction activities for such PCLU. <br /> 5.
