The 2024 annual submittal was made late, 3/06/24. <br />The 2023 annual submittal was also late and submitted on 1/19/23. Additionally, the 2022 annual submittal was <br />submitted on 5/13/22 and therefore was late. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: As the annual submittal has already been made, and the violation corrected, no further action <br />is required. The violation was corrected on-site. <br />Corrected On-Site <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25508.1(a)-(f) 1010006 - Updated within 30 days of 100% increase or new haz; change of <br />address/owner/name; or change in ops. <br />OBSERVATION: About 60 gallons of Isopropyl Alcohol was observed during the inspection , but was not part of the <br />Hazardous Materials Inventory submitted to CERS.
