There were a couple concerns, please see below : 1 . Rat observed in the MRF near the bait station . I will need to see invoices for the last 3 months from the bait station servicer ( I believe it' s Orkin ) . Besides the bait stations, are there any other measures taken to prevent rats/ vectors at the facility ? 2 . Strong odor observed around the Commercial tipping floor. What is the facility' s protocol on odor prevention/ management ? I will need the information by next week, before I work on my inspection report .
